Quiet home with cat in Gainesville FL

About this assignment

Looking for a responsible, conscientious sitter for our older Florida home for approx. one week in late June. One middle-aged, spoiled cat. Non-smoking property. Quiet, private neighborhood near University of Florida.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Caring for our 13-year-old cat. Feeding multiple times daily, scooping the litterbox, and letting her in and out. Feeding fish, water plants, bringing in mail and sometimes garbage/recycling. Keep the house tidy.

What are the good features of the property and location

Our neighborhood is centrally located in a college town but surrounded by natural areas. Wonderful neighbors and short nature trails within walking distance. Fast internet suitable for WFH and streaming. Close to UF Natural History Museum, Harn Art Museum, and performing arts center. What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Cat, fish, and plant care. Our cat has to be fed small amounts multiple times daily. Indoor/outdoor cat must be kept in at night.
