About this house sitting position in Smiths Lake
3 bed home on 1.5 acres . Encloses back yard n 15mtr non heated pool.
Ensuite , bathroom, outside hot n cold shower hut. BBQ outdoor living covered area in back yard attached to house. Car space n big driveway area . Can park caravan or boat in our side driveway.

Mind our 4 yr old retriever doggie Meggie moo
She's a bundle of white fur and loves to cuddle with you on covered lounge . Be with you in yard
She sleeps on her bed in our bedroom abd won't go to bed until you do n lights out . Protective
She gets fed breakfast pellets and 1 chicken neck
Dinner She gets 1 cup pellets plus 2 chicken necks and sometimes steamed rice .
A smackoes bikki as a treat . Sometimes a little peice of veggie toast from you .
She loves cuddles to play ball. She just loves being close by you .
She has a doggie friend across the rd and they run around our quite cul-de-sac together 1 hr a day . She'll bark to go out . And she comes home and sits in front yard for about 10 mins more and come in . But I understand you may not feel comfortable to do let her do this . Our neighbours all live on 1.5 actres but 3 of our homes are closer to street front so closer and live out back solitude areas.
Pool isn't heated but warm enough on hot day up till June need to add salt or chlorine on instructions as needed
Veggie garden bays to water in enclosed back yard area . Pull out hose reaches these.
