Need Flexible Sitter in Ajijic May 12- June 23 (Maybe Longer)

Note: The period 5/12/24-6/23/24 is the necessary minimum commitment. Ideally, we would like to find a sitter who could stay a month longer if it is needed. We will communicate with the sitter as information becomes available to us.
We live in a 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom house in the Condominios Riviera Alta community in upper Ajijic on Lake Chapala. There is a security gate manned 24/7. We are 0.9 miles (1.5 km) from the main road that skirts the north side of Lake Chapala and local buses run constantly among the towns on the shoreline (Running from in the east in Chapala west to Riberas del Pilar, San Antonio Tlayacapan, Ajijic, San Juan Cosala and Jocotopec). Ajijic has a large expat community of mainly Americans and Canadians and there is much to do.
Riviera Alta has a clubhouse with a kitchen, solar heated pool and hot tub, library, fitness room and tennis court. We are a close knit community and enjoy socials on Friday evenings with a full bar and snacks. Once a month we have grilled hot dogs and all the fixings at the social.
We've lived here two and a half years and love it. So busy that we haven't gotten around to buying a TV yet. We do have high speed fiber optic Wi-Fi and it's reliable. We have a female Mini Aussie dog named Prissy and a male Siamese cat named Chuy who is 2 years old. And like most cats, he's pretty laid back.
Both pets have been spayed/neutered.
Housekeeper and gardener come every week.
There is a popular restaurant delivery service called "Traitte" and it’s like Uber Eats, Grub Hub and others.
Responsibilities
Feed and water the pets twice a day.Walk Prissy once a day.
Take the trash to the trash building at the entrance to the property as required.
