We are looking for a someone who can look after our plants, play and look after our 2 cats, Calinou and Pepito and feed our fish . Calinou is human toilet trained! Pepito in 1/2 trained. We are French New Zealand Vietnamese couple. We would like someone quiet, respectful. Not a party type place obviously. We are used to housesiters as we did this for 17 years when we lived in Australia.
The Goldview
I live in a 3 bedroom apartment with my husband in district 4 Ho Chi Minh City. We are ideally looking for a couple who can enjoy and look after our home for a few weeks . We also have 2 cats who need lots of love!
City view:
The apartment looks over the city centre and district 7, the view is particularly stunning at night time. You can enjoy your afternoon tea on our balcony with the view of the river and district 7, we have also transformed the balcony into a vertical garden and have decorated it with fairy lights. This is a great place to come and chill out at night time.
Location:
We are located in district 4, surrounded by 2 rivers. it’s only a 10 minute grab ride away from the heart of the city. There is a local market down the road where you can buy fresh produce for the week, this is only about a 5-10 minute walk. Past the market there is also a park close to many cafes and bakeries.
There is a movie theatre with foreign movies ($5 the ticket!), supermarket in the compound, a small gym in the building (we go to the main commercial one - you can join with a subscription with a view on the river), cafes litterally in our back street. We will only ask you to pay the electricity for the AC (around 80$/month).
Roof top Pool :
There is also a rooftop infinity pool available and a barbecue area, this is perfect especially after a long hot day to freshen up, sit back and relax.
Things to do around the house while we’re gone:
Our beloved cat Calinou needs to be fed twice a day, she also has some toys if you wish to play with her and keep her company. Pepito is younger. Calinou is toilet trained (uman toilet and she has access to her own bathroom). Pepito is being trained. still a few accidents in the bathroom... will get there...
The apartment is filled with plants, you will need to water the plants everyday/ once every 2 days both inside and outside.
Security:
There are security guards on site 24/7 and you will need to register as It's a Face ID building to get into the lift. We have installed a digital lock on the main door (there is no key).
We are in dicstrict 4, accross the bridge form Distrist 1 (the centre of this amazing city). You can even walk there. 10 minutes by motobike otherwise. We have bicycles if you wish to discover the city. We bike early in the morning along the canal and the old French trees.
