Our home is in a remote, rural Xhosa village on the Wild Coast Eastern Cape, the homeland of the Xhosa nation. We need someone to water our plants and feed our 2 medium dogs twice a day. They have enough space to run around on our property so you wont need to take them for walks.
This would best suit a couple or someone who enjoys their own company as we are remote and it could get lonely on your own.
My motherinlaw lives in her own little house on the property but is a private person and does not need care.
Our place attracts off the beaten track travelers who are happy to either lounge around in our comfortable home reading a book from our good South African authors, enjoy views of the beach on the horizon from our stoep, and watch boys herding their cattle home, braai in our outdoor lapa, walk 4 km's to the beach, an additional 3km's to the neighbouring village where you can drink a cocktail at Trennerys hotel. We are 25km's from shops but the daily bus goes right past our house.
We will show you the ropes of switching on water pumps etc and how to get to all the stunning river lagoons and pristine beaches.
contact us for any questions.
