Enjoy this cosy bungalow in the heart of Preston/Thornbury with the company of a very well behaved dog and cat. Morrie the black Labrador loves a short daily walk and needs to be feed morning and night. Harriet the (mostly indoor) cat also needs a feed morning and night and loves a cuddle on the couch.

Our house is moments to Miller St cafes, 700 metres to both tram and train, 2 minute drive (or Uber) to High Streets bustling bar and restaurant precinct, 10 minute drive to Northland Shopping Centre and short stroll to the delightful Merri Creek Trail. The 2 bedroom home has ducted heating and reverse-cycle heating and cooling.
