About this house sitting position in Wagait Beach

Our home is on a 5 acre natural bush block. Access to Darwin is via 12 min ferry ride. You need a car over Wagait side to get to ferry. You can also drive to Darwin (120kms)
It is a unique place and we call it glamping. You have the option of a air con caravan or sleep in our well equipped tent with tv, power, chest of drawers, bedside tables and queen bed and fan. We love the tent. Please see photos! Out door kitchen equipped with dishwasher and all the essentials. Pizza oven, Webber, rotisserie, convection oven etc. Awesomely home built outdoor bathroom and washing machine. The open cigar lounge has a dryer there and beer fridge, stand up freezer and fans. Pretty comfortable and unique abode. We are preferable looking for a female or couple as my free ranging crossbred lorikeet likes females. He was an RSPCA super friendly find and as I don’t like caging birds I stopped clipping his wings and now he roams free with the native lorikeets and comes home for a feed and kisses all the time. Sometimes he will just hang in his open door cage for the afternoon. He mostly sleeps up in the trees a t night to be safe. He is very precious and would like a sitter who accepts who he is and doesn’t try to change him. He can bite if upset 😂 we also have a little black fluffy desexed male dog called Jet Black. See photos. The sweetest dog in the world. We don’t mind if you have a nice totally trustworthy dog that won’t eat him to stay as well. He sleeps on the bed with you too probably. Or def with you anyhow. Because our block is unfenced mostly he can’t be left alone or not secured as we have dingoes and other roaming dogs. There is a fenced area off the lounge to secure dog.We also have at this stage 2 chooks which are used to been let out around 4pm every day and then they head back to bed on dark and closed up.
