Looking for a couple or solo person to come look after our home and dog(s) while we (myself and my partner) are away visiting family over seas.
We are non smokers and would prefer non smokers also, smokers will be considered if the right person.
We are extremely house proud and very clean. I don’t appreciate dishes left lying around the home, and the place looking like a dump tip.
Having respect for my home as if it’s your own home.

We have a Great Dane, 1 year old(at this current time), so must be comfortable with a big softie who will try to sit on you for cuddles. We also foster a dog at the moment while he’s looking for his forever home. They get on well.
The dogs like to come inside to watch television with you and play with you.
They would need walked 3/4 times a week or every evening if your a keen walker. The dogs never say no to walks.
3 bedroom , 2 bathroom home. With outside seating area and a lawn to relax in in the summer.
It gets very hot up here in central qld.
I don’t expect house work to be done but I expect you to clean the home and leave it how you would like to receive your own home back.
References would be preferred.

About the area: we have all the regular things, shops, cafe, swimming pool, restaurants, shopping centres, Fairbarin Dam is only 13k away where you can go for an open swim, take up water sports, have bbq by the lake, spectate other people participating In their water sports or sit by the shore with a glass of wine and watch the spectacular sunsets here in Central Qld.
There’s also a golf course for the avid golfer. Botanical gardens to walk round. A short drive away there is some beautiful walks/Hikes is your into siteseeing while House sitting for us. All local attractions are within walking distance.
