3 brm house with large garden ( fully reticulated) however does have pots on deck that need looking after. House is centrally heated/cooled with ceiling fans.Lovely area in cul de sac. Excellent walks and close to Belair National Park. Require a house/cat sitter for my two Burmese cats, Brother* and sister now 15 years old. * Male is diabetic and requires twice daily insulin injections ( very simple to give, however so important that it happens at regular time intervals).Cats have a large outdoor enclosure that is also the veggie garden, they can access 24/7 however other outdoor areas not accessible to them.My house is walking distance to both bus and train and approx 1.5 km walk to Mitcham shopping centre.I also have WiFi & Netflix - all available.
