Small 3 bedroom (1 bedroom set up as office) , 2 bathroom airconditioned home. Low maintenance yard with plunge pool. Quiet culdesac street with great neighbours. Large undercover outdoor area with fans. House backs onto bushland. Durack is a suburb surrounded by lakes and golf course.
Small 13yo very easy care dog who is now quite deaf, but is still very spritely, but is also happy to sleep most of the day. She really frets with thunder storms though, so needs to be inside when storms are around, but generally spends all day outside.
Small garden and plants to be maintained.
