1980's 3 bedroom brick and tile home. Tiled throughout, modern kitchen, partly airconditioned, swimming pool, internet connection. TV with Netflix and Stan connection. Close to public transport and local shopping. A large garden. A house sitter will be required to care for and clean our bird area and adjoining aviary and care, feed and look after our 2 mainly uncaged flighted large birds. and therefore some experience with birds is necessary. No Children thank you.
