Our home is located in the seaside township of Redland Bay, 12.6 kms by road from the Cleveland or 41 kms from Brisbane CBD. The home is 1.6 kms from Moreton Bay and is located in an acreage estate on two thirds of an acre with accommodation at the rear. The nearest shopping centre including an IGA is only 300 metres away. The local bus stop is opposite the IGA. We have air-conditioned guest accommodation at the rear of the house which includes a modern kitchen, combination living area and bedroom with a double bed, laundry area outside and semi attached toilet and shower on the rear of the house. There is ample area at the front of the house for parking your car and the side of the house for parking a bus or caravan.
We only require the plants are watered, fish are fed and the lawn is kept mowed and tidy. All garden tools are provided including a ride on mower.
