3 bedroom character home on 2.5 acres in the Adelaide Hills on bitumen road. Clean, fully furnished and modern amenities. Carport for 1 car, fully fenced. Bus stop 100m up the road. 2 kms to locally shop and hotel. 6 kms to 2 shopping centres. Own transport necessary.
Look after 2 dogs (ridgebacks), feed morning and night (breakfast is a biscuit and dinner will be individually packed in freezer to be thawed), These are indoor dogs and have the run of the house with access to outside during the day. Georgie is very friendly but Lizzie is timid and needs time and space to be comfortable with new people. So if this is an issue this is not the right place for you.
No walking required but free running in fenced paddock morning and night.
Sitter required to sleep on premises.
Light garden duties depending on the season.
