1908 Timber frame 3 bedroom cottage, aircondiitioned. 10 minute walk to beach and Semaphore beachside shopping precinct. Must be cat lover. Looking after 2 indoor cats, not to let outside at all. Birds in a aviary plus turtle and fish in ponds.
