All mod cons, town water, air con, wifi etc on private rural acreage with wildlife, peace, birds, space etc. We are artisans so Keith has a workshop and I have an indoor fibre studio. Day trips to ACT, Goulburn, Berry, Berrima, Sydney, Wollongong, Bowral etc. Indoor 14 yr old cat and gorgeous 9 year old shepherd who is our mate and makes our home complete. (We walk her to letterbox daily in fine weather, 1.5 km there and back.) Vege garden, own bedroom and full bathroom, barbecue etc.Some hosing required of immediate house garden We are keen to have our girls looked after well and our home kept in one piece. You will be very comfortable here.
Pets & farm animals
Shepherd loves a daily walk to get out of yard. She wants to be with you 24/7. One anti-inflammatory tablet with dinner, put in meat. Fed twice a day. Pussy is indoor and needs to be fed when she meows. Just ask her. When the dog is in the house, the cat MUST be in the laundry as dog wants to eat cat. (Dopey)
House Tasks
Collect few mail items. Hose house garden, fruit trees, vegetable patch, verandah pots. Walk the dog to the letterbox and back ALWAYS on lead. (We have local wildlife.) Feed our girls.
