About this house sitting position in Bristol

Hi! We are looking for a responsible animal lover to look after our dog - Grimson and two cats - Himcio and Emo. We are going away for a week to celebrate my partner's birthday and we would really love to leave our pack in good hands :) We share our house with one person. She is quiet and very considerate but we do not ask or expect her to help with the animals. Grimson is over 10 yrs old crossbreed, probably mix of a Labrador. He sometimes loves to play a ball, although these days he sleeps a lot and what he loves the most is a nice portion of human cuddles. He's a big black bear, loves kids and basically all living creatures and despite of his age, he's a very cheerful dog who still wants to play like a puppy. He is getting slower and struggles with his back legs but he still loves his walks along the river. As he was abandoned in the past (we adopted him after he was rescued), he developed some anxiety issues, which made us create a manual of 'how to behave when you go out and come back home'. Due to separation anxiety he is prone to have 'accidents' in the house sometimes, but he can be left alone for a few hours (he's fine especially during daytime). He also likes to be 'out and about' so if you fancy to take him to town with you, he would love a bus trip! The attention he gets in public is unbelievable! :) Himcio is often craving human attention and if he wants cuddles, he will take it without asking you ;) Emo is slightly aloof, keeping to herself until she trusts you a bit more, and then she may surprise you with a sudden cuddling visit. Both cats are indoors as I raised them (they were stray when I found them as little kittens) in the middle of busy city with no green space around so it is very important to keep them inside and alive ;) They are both very social and need human company to feel emotionally secure. Apart from keeping them safe, they don't need much maintaining, just managing litter boxes and filling their bowls. Our house has 2 bedrooms, spacious living room and a garden, so plenty of space to share. You are welcome to stay in our bedroom which is a nice size, warm room with comfortable bed :)

We don't have telly, but there is a wifi. We live reasonably close to the city centre and train station (20 minutes by bus). The house is situated just by the river, so it's a lovely and quiet place for walks. Our place is really cosy, clean and warm and nature around is definitely one of the most important pros :) It's also a nice bird watching spot and we have plenty of birds and squirrels here! Amazing walking and cycling trails and you can borrow my bike to wander about as it's relatively close to everywhere you need.

Our parking space will be occupied but you can park on the street by the house.
