Updated - with photos.I've got a big house and two very spoiled dogs in the KEW area. One medium sized 'old girl' and one very large and energetic 'young lady'. I have a medium sized backyard with a nice outdoor sitting area, plus a lovelyi inside sitting area. Foxtel, comfortable rumpus room and I am close to LOTS of parks (on and off lead) and beautiful walks. I'm also only one street away from a handy shopping strip with many restaurants, a pub and even a gelati shop - yum AND only one street away from the tram! My girls have their dinner and are allowed to come in for a snuggle (and a snore), then they go outside for a toilet break and come back in to sleep in the laundry but it is important that they are outside again at 6 am because they 'need to go' again. If any earlier, the 'old girl' will bark and let you know. Daily walks are wonderful. I can show you good routes where the old girl can stay on the lead and the younger one can have a wander. The old girl is NOT good with other dogs and can get a bit stroppy whereas the younger one has the best social skills ever. She is SO nice.A meet and greet would be imperative and I know you will love them as much as I do.My dog walker takes BOTH girls out on Monday mornings then Linda is walked on Tues and Thurs morning BUT I still walk them both in the afternoon
Pets & farm animals
Shirley - 13.5 yo. Loves cuddles and a slow but daily walk or two. She HATES other dogs especially on a walk so if you see one coming - cross the road! NO off lead for her. Linda - approx 4.5 yo. Great Dane/Mastiff. Very big and energetic but well behaved. Look out if she decides to have a zoomie (she broke my leg last year). She is an absolutely sweetheart and a big softie. Her dog/dog social skills are great. She is strong but well behaved. Because you are not 'mum' the best and closest off lead park is very close and frequented by lots of nice dogs and has a lovely 'garden' area to explore if there is sport training on the ovals.
House Tasks
Dogs are fed at night. Shirley has 'special' food (UTI). Treats are minimal but I have a good supply. They must WAIT for the command to eat. They are well behaved. Dogs are allowed to come in for a 'tv' snooze after dinner but must go out for a 'wee wee' before going to bed for the night. Dogs sleep in the laundry (their own beds). Must be outside at 6 am (for another toilet break). If Shirley 'needs to go' she will bark and let you know. Do NOT use bathroom spa. Bins go out on Wednesday night (keep in garage). There is a Catholic church 100 metres up the road. The tram is only 3 minutes walk away. The bus is just as close (but opposite direction).
