3 bedroom semi-detached house with small garden. Ensuite bathroom to main bedroom and separate main bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen, inside laundry and undetcover outside bbq area. Opposite a park and one minute to bus route to Bix Hill station ir 10 minutes walk to city tram. Near Deakin University and several shopping centres. Easy access to freeways. Ducted heating.
My dog Eric is a Corgi cross Jack Russell. He is 8 years old and likes company and long walks. He has a pet door and sleeps inside. He is a bit spoilt. I want someone who is not out all the time and us happy to take him on walks or outings. He is used to being in a car. I also want someone to water my garden if it gets dry and look after my house generally. I have WiFi and a computer.
