We have 10 acres 6kms from Launceston CBD with a large garden and a quiet private rural setting .We have 2 lively small dogs &5 hens These are our main reason for a sitter as we have help in the garden although not much growth in winter.Modern 3 bedroom comfortable home with a fireplace and central heating for warmth in winter
