Our home in Hillwood is modern, sunny ,spacious and quiet.It sits on 3/4 of an acre of mostly native garden with a creek meandering through .We have a three year old Birman cat who comes and goes via a cupboard door to an extensive,fully enclosed cat run.She is friendly, non allergenic and easy care.We also have three chooks who need daily attention.NBN fixed wireless is available and there are plenty of nearby walks,both bush and along the riverside available.Plenty to see and do in the area and just 20 minutes to both Exeter and Launceston.
