Our farm of 260 acres is situated 30mins from Armidale and Uralla in bushranger country, Mt Yarrowyck Nature Reserve and the Gwyder River are within a couple of km. If you enjoy bush walking, photography or painting you will love this area. Our house is comfortable and we have a great wood heater and reverse cycle AC.
Pets & farm animals
At present we have 4 horses which require feeding and maybe rugging 1 or 2. We have 4 pet dogs (1 Labrador and 3 Cavalier King Charles Spaniels) which spend some of the time in the house. Also 1 old farm cat is always hungry. Depending on the feed situation we run a small herd of cattle which usually only need checking every couple of days.
House Tasks
Looking after the dogs and cats. Checking the cattle if we have any. Pumping water. Minimal gardening.
