About this house sitting position in Ridgewood

I have a very comfortable home that is located near shops, beach, freeway( but not so close you can hear it🙂)
I have a special boy called Timmo that is very sweet and quiet, he is very easy to take care of.
He is an inside dog with access to a dog door.
He has a couple of tablets per day/he just likes a stroll, nothing fast pace as he is getting on in age.
I would ideally like people that would keep him company, and are dog savvy.
I have a very small garden that is easy care, and the home is low maintenance in general, with air con throughout. It is very clean and modern.
