A 3 bedroom house with modern amenities, wi-fi & a small yard. If public transport is required a bus stop is a 10 min walk away.
There are two small dogs - one a miniature fox terrier cross & another a Tenterfield terrier. Together they weigh 7 kgs. Dogs need to be walked 30 -45 mins a day with harness & leash and fed. Potted plants need to be watered if dry. The north side of the house overlooks the wetlands park where the pooches are walked. Sitter can be out during the day - there are beds in the garage for the dogs & a doggie door so the pets can go out into the yard. At night dogs sleep in the laundry & have an oil heater on low if required. They usually make a " let us out" howl between 6 & 6.30am. They are let out, brought in & then all of us go back to bed for a while!
Sitter will have the guest room with own bathroom & toilet facilities - linen & towels supplied.
