Two bedroom very low maintenance single story townhouse. Street carparking available. Close to public transport only only 10k’s from the city and 10k’s to the nearest beach. Small low maintenance court yard.
Electricity and water rates will be paid. I would like someone that is animal lover to look after my 7 year old chihuahua called Mollee. Mollee is very affectionate like her human company. Someone that likes to spend time in the house when not working or studying.
