About this house sitting position in Richardson

Small 3 bedroom home in quiet southern suburb of Canberra. We have recently renovated our kitchen and dining room and will be working on the bathroom at some time in the near future. We live about an approx 25 minute drive from Civic (city) and approx 5-10 min drive from good shopping centres at Tuggeranong and 10-15 min drive from Woden. The bus services to both Woden and Tuggeranong are regular. We have a small house which is easy to look after - we always have a garden which produces vegies all year round but this is on a watering system so easy care. We have a cat and two dogs...the cat is an indoor cat with his own private sanctuary out the back of the house where he is fed and has his kitty litter. He doesn’t get along with the dogs but is a smoochy, funny boy who sleeps in his own room every night (spoilt much?). The dogs - both small. Squibbie is the little black Chi who is coming up to 15 Nov 2019 - he is a quiet little fellow who just loves your company, loves short walks but is happy just to sit next to you. Holly is 7 and has a visual impairment - a rescue dog who we think has been badly treated prior to being picked up by a rescue group - she is a tad temperamental but an absolute lap dog and loves company once she has got to know you (a quick way to Holly’s heart is playing ball with her). They don’t require any regular medication apart from the usual worming tablets. Ideally this sit would suit a single person - we have a secure back yard and front yard is fenced. There will be car parking for one car under a carport with only a small amount of street parking. We have great neighbours. Read more...
