Sitter is required to care for our little hobby farm:

Enjoy a tropical retreat with a relaxing tropical style garden (irrigated but requires some changing of valves)
Irrigation is the main focus for September
In-ground pool
3-bedroom 1 bathroom semi-elevated house
Generally:
Morning rounds take 30-45 mins for 1 person
Evening rounds take about 30 mins for 1 person.
Written instructions will be left to cover all animal and garden care requirements.
We are looking for a sitter(s) that understand our animals are of high importance and need to be cared for with respect to their well-being. We are looking for someone who will feel comfortable with the responsibility of caring for our little hobby farm while we enjoy a long-awaited break.
The house has:
Fans and air-con in each room
Wireless NBN (good enough to watch Netflix)
Back-up generator, just in case there is a power outage (not likely in September)
Located near:
Many fishing spots
Day trips to Litchfield NP
Day trip to Adelaide River
5 mins to Territory Wildlife Park
5 mins drive to Berry Springs nature park (natural spring)
7 min drive to local shops & tavern (great meals)
40 min drive to Darwin
We do get Coles/Woolworths deliveries as an option
