About this house sitting position in Joondalup

*I live in a cosy duplex which has two living areas and two bedrooms, 1 study. The garage is a rear access which is safe at night and has additional sensor lighting. The front has a lovely aspect with trees and a park across the road. There are walking trails in Yellalong Reserve within a minutes walk.
*It is approx 2/3 kms walk/drive to the main shopping precinct of Joondalup Shopping center which is massive and has pubs, restaurants and a cinema complex. It also has a major train station which takes you into Perth city... Approx 25min journey. I am in the quietest part of the suburb, but close to all amenities and the Arena Sports complex which has pools and a gym. My neighbours are extremely quiet and mostly retired, so someone quiet is essential.
*I have a 13 Year old cat who is just settling into the home as we have recently moved in. As such he is my major concern as I have not allowed him to go out the front of the house or out through the garage. I have an internal courtyard with very high gates which only gives him a small area to roam. It would be expected that you always know where he is when leaving and entering the home to ensure he doesn't get out, as he won't know where he is. SO a cat lover and someone who is willing to be extra vigilant with that task is my no one priority. Our family would be devastated to lose him. He is very loud and will demand food ...hence he is just a little bit chubby.
*The house has no pool or grass to mow, some plants to water, it is really easy care, and has great heating to keep you warm. Single occupants will feel safe with the high gates down one side of the property which make it difficult for anyone to climb including the cat. The other side of the house is connected to the neighbouring duplex. You will have access to Netflix, foxtell and NBN internet service while staying.
**Someone already in Perth would be preferred as I would like to meet before leaving. My return date as yet is TBA about around the beginning of October. Read more...
