House - we live in a large modern house with a salt water pool and native garden in the Adelaide Hills. We are 20mins from Adelaide CBD with good transport links nearby and a good local shops. The Belair National Park is 5mins away and has good walking and cycling paths. We have a lovely outdoor area next to the pool and the house has Foxtel, NBN and Wifi
Pets - We have 2 spoilt miniature labradoodles called Pippa and Harry, who get fed twice/day and walked Daily and sleep on the bed! Harry also likes someone to throw a ball or toy for him. They will be freshly clipped and shampooed, so no grooming necessary.
House Tasks - Keep house clean and tidy and collect the mail. No gardening required but if it is hot, then you may have top up the pool with water and water the odd plant
We would prefer a couple who are retired or only work part-time and definately non smokers and no parties.
Depending on your circumstances, you would be able to stay either longer or earlier if necessary as it is a big house with plenty of room.
