We live in a 17th century mill house by a big rushing river in a small woodland. The grounds still has the original old mill and the mill stream runs through it. The sound of the water is amazing (you'll never sleep better!). We have a log burner for cold evenings (and all the chopped and seasoned wood you might need).
We're quite rural but on the outskirts of a small welsh village, next to a church. About 25mins from the nearest big town (Cardigan).
We're looking for a house sitter over Christmas to look after our chickens and rabbits. They are low maintenance and we even have an electric chicken door so they can put themselves to bed at night.
If these exact dates don't suit you we can be flexible!
