Small farm 320 acre. Private 4 k from Merriwa town. 40 minutes to Scone. Comfortable shed. Insulated, air con, gas hot water, gas cooker, bore water and tank water. Powered by solar and excellent generator. We re going overseas and have 2 dogs, 1 cat and 5 horses. All low maitenance. Dogs love to be out during the daytime and are very well behaved. They go in their runs at night. Shed cat to be fed also. Horses self sufficient all retired just need to check if water is in their trough. A few pot plants. We will be building a house but have set up the shed for the moment with tv, aircon,double bed, slow combustion heater and bathroom. we have magnificent views and an easy lifestyle. Musswelbrook is the closest large shopping centre but you can get most things in Merriwa which is a beautiful, friendly town. 2 hours to Newcastle.
