About this house sitting position in Largs (Maitland)

My husband and I are looking for someone to house sit and feed our dogs, while we travel overseas for 2 weeks.
We will be away from the 30th of August, until the 13th of September 2020.

We have a modern 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 lounge room home in a quiet cul-de-sac, in the suburb of Largs.

The house backs onto a small bushland area with a shallow creek and a bridge, that opens out to a grassy field.
We have lovely quiet neighbors and hardly any traffic passes by.

We have unlimited Wi-Fi, Foxtel (with most of the channels), reverse cycle air conditioner, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, dishwasher, gas cook top, washer/dryer in one, BBQ and a outdoor heater.

There is a pub a few minutes walk down the street (or 1 minute drive) that has amazing food, and a bottle shop.
Largs is located less than a 10 minute drive to central Maitland, and also the huge Greenhills shopping centre.
Newcastle is a 30 minute drive, which has some beautiful beaches.
There are numerous train stations near by, the closest is East Maitland, which is a 5 minute drive.
There are many buses that travel through during the day.

We have three small house trained dogs.

Jake is a 12 year old cavoodle, he is tiny and very friendly. He loves to sleep and isn't as active as he used to be. He loves playing with his toys but doesn't really understand the concept of fetch lol. He can sit, stay, lay down, roll over, shake hands and talk.

Sasha is a 9.5 year old Japanese Spitz, she loves belly rubs and guarding the front door. She doesn't care for toys and is very easy going. She can sit, stay, shake hands and jump up and hop along on her back legs.

Rexy is a 3 year old English staffy cross. He is small for a staffy, and he doesn't jump all over you like they usually do. He also loves his toys and playing fetch. He is a little bit shy at first, but loves pats. He can sit but is still learning other commands.

They all sleep in the laundry where they have a bed and blankets, and a doggy door to go outside.
When we aren't home, the dogs are outside with access to their beds in the laundry.
If ether of us are home, the dogs are inside with us.
They are pretty low maintenance, all they want to do is basically be inside and sleep or play with their toys.
I will let them out every 2 hours or so, so they can do their business.
Jake being a bit older, is mainly the one who needs to be let out more frequently.
He will scratch at the glass door to be let out if he needs to go, but I just keep an eye on him to see when he wakes up or moves around.

If you walk to the back door, they will all come running by saying a particular command. They know it means to go outside and do their business and then come back in.

They are fed in the mornings, and have a bowl of biscuits to eat during the day/night.
They love going for walks, but no more than half an hour as Jake is a bit slow.
I can walk the three of them by myself, but if it's too much of a task to walk them at all, you don't have to.

I am more than happy to pay someone to keep the dogs company and feed them.
