2 bedroom small home with 1 queen bed and bunks and a fully functioning gym. Close to airport, beach, city and the torrens walking trail
Internet, chrome cast, instant temp control hot water, solar panels.
We are an eco friendly house with a self watering garden consisting of herbs vegies and fruit trees.

We have 6 chooks, a cat and lizard.

We compost and would require someone who is comfortable in cleaning out the chicken coup daily and turning the compost, collecting eggs and opening and closing the coup daily as they are semi free range (enclosed with separate gate and fence to back yard.)

The cat is pretty low maintenance, he will usually only come in to be fed of a night time and then go out again, unless it is windy and raining, then he will come in for a snuggle.

We have a bearded dragon, who, if he is not sleeping will require mealworms every few days and some fresh fruit cut up and a top up of his water bowl.

Any eggs you collect you are welcome to eat, same goes with the veggies and herbs.
