Lowset brick home. With pool. Need pool and gardens looked after. Close to shop's and golf course. Most of the Gardens and lawns are under sprinklers. Will need lawns mowed.
We do not smoke so would prefer non smokers. We do not have pets. Need a keen Gardner to look after my garden. Room for a fan to stay at the side of house and garage available for use for one car.
