Please note that owing to the very difficult and unsettled border situation we do not now require a house-sitter. All applications have been answered to-date and we thank you all for your interest and the detail and care many wrote with. It seems there are a bunch of fabulous folk out there in the house-pet sitting world. Wishing you all the very best in these uncertain times.


We have a fully renovated, very comfortable townhome in Tweed Heads right on the water, with a pontoon. Modern kitchen and large bathrooms. Pool in the complex and Seagulls Club is right next door. Close to Coolangatta and Twin Towns Club, plenty of shopping, cinemas, cafes and restaurants. We have a beautiful (nearly 10 year old) Old English Sheepdog, Sam. He is a gentle soul and is much loved by most that he meets. A soft nature and extremely easy to look after. A short walk in the morning (and one later in the day if possible) and some brekkie and dinner are his main requirements - but he will take all of the attention and patting and cuddles you want to give him. He loves to watch TV with you. We are caught up in the border mess and need to relocate to Qld urgently in order to ensure we can both keep our jobs.
