Hello housesitters!

We are looking for a house-sitter to look after our house in South Perth while we are on holidays from Saturday 26th December 2020 to Saturday 2nd January 2021. This would suit someone or a couple looking to have that 'break' themselves!

Our house is a modern double-storey house in South Perth with a park at the end of our street and very close to the city and Swan river.. We have one black cat, some house plants and reticulated lawns and garden beds. The house is air-conditioned/heated and easy maintenance. The cat is 9 years old and lives wholly indoors and does not have access to the outdoors.

We are looking for a couple or person, who is/are non-smokers, mature, reliable and trustworthy. Some watering of the pot plants and collection of the mail would be appreciated.
