About this house sitting position in Newmarket

We're looking for a house sitter to walk and care for Greta our 12 year old dachshund as well as watering the garden, and mowing when necessary. She is low maintenance, just needing to be around people and having two short walks (15 mins) a day. No medications. As she had back surgery a few years ago she is not allowed to jump on/ off furniture, or walk up/down stairs. The apartment is on ground level so no worries there.
We're looking for someone who works from home or is retired as we wouldn't want her left alone in the house for longer than 2 to 3 hours so the sitter needs to be at home or able to take her with them. We do have an option for emergencies. She just needs to be near people as like a lot of small dogs she becomes anxious when left alone.
We have a modern fully self contained 3 bedroom apartment which you would use. See photos.
We're 300m from the train and bus. Both have a regular timetable. A shopping centre with supermarket, cafes and health services is a 5 minute walk away.
