I live close to the water in Mosman with lovely views from most rooms in the house. We live in a quiet cul de sac near middle harbour. We have a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom place with a low maintenence lush garden, balinese style with decks, fish pond and a large spa.I have a 6 year old border collie who needs a lot of love and attention and a walk each day. We also have a 14 year old ragdoll cat who does not need much attention as she sleeps most of the day. She's an indoor cat so has kitty litter to sort out each day.we are close to the bus to Wynyard ( stop is 100m away) and the main bus interchange is a 10 min walk away at the spit. We are a 15 min to Balmoral beach and shops.
Pets & farm animals
7 year old border collie who is used to having people around a lot of the day. she is very affectionate and loves cuddles. She is not hyper and no need for high-level of activité - just a good 30 -60 min walk each day. The cat needs very little but will come for a cuddle at night time. She gets fed morning and night.
