We live in a one bedroom flat in the Coombe Estate area of Kingston Upon Thames, 5 minutes walk from Richmond Park. We have two indoor cats, Wesley and June, who are very friendly and only need feeding and watering (and litter changing). Our flat has a spacious balcony, a communal garden, off road parking, and is fully equipped with Sky, Netflix and Amazon Prime.
