Small half an acre property nestled in between large farms in Ringarooma valley. 25min drive to Scottsdale (where is closest Woolworths), 1h 30 min to Launceston and roughly 20min to mount bike capital Derby. It is a very beautiful and peaceful part of Tasmania.
We have comfortable, nearly renovated 3bdr house with a large yard what needs to be maintained (mower etc all here). Woodfire, tank water, septic, solar.
