Absolute waterfront with 180° views over nature reserve utilised by many migratory birds and home to a list of unique flora.
Nearest town is Sorell, which is the neccessary gateway to the east coast, the Tasman Peninsula, provides access to the Midlands Highway as well as being a neighbour to historic Richmond. No shortage of wineries and cellar doors within 10 minutes.
Our house is 1970s shack style but 4 bedroom and leans ever so enticingly towards to water. We are only away for a week and a bit, so you can expect to stay in a lived in home. There is barely a space that isn't occupied by a random bit of art or collectable or junk we think is cool. Pretty much everyone who stays with us slips into holiday mode and even insomniacs seem to get a decent night's sleep (we only have a neighbour either side, water out the back and highland cows across the road)
Myself, my wife and our daughter will be interstate, but we are leaving with the house our delightful puppy 'Zara', our 15yo cat 'Franka' and and our two laying chickens both named 'Deborah'.
Both indoor animals are all about the cuddles. We expect that they will be fed, cuddled and loved. Zara walks fairly well on a lead, and there is a dog park and beach at the end of our road.
In exchange for you keeping the furry kids alive you can sit and chill, enjoy the warmer Tassie weather and keep our house a home. Netflix and unlimited NBN. It's one of those places where you can just sit and stare out the window at the view and not feel like you are wasting time.
