About this house sitting position in Llanilar
We are a family of 4 humans and 2 dogs. We live about 8 miles from the centre of Aberystwyth and the seaside and about 3 minutes from the cycle path that takes you straight into Aberystwyth. We live in a perfect location for walkers, cyclists and swimmers as we've got the sea close by and the mountains nearby too!
Our dogs are 11 year old springer spaniel and a 5 month old springer x lab. Both are perfect dogs, great with animals, people, children and they both love to cuddle (although they're not allowed on the sofa!!) They need 2 walks daily and there's plenty of local walks around us as the older dog doesn't like the car!
Aberystwyth is a beautiful seaside town with lovely shops! Aberaeron and New Quay are about 25-40 mins away and are great spin out locations!
Would definitely say a car would be needed for transport to and from town but there's a local village shop 3 miles away that sells all the essentials!
