Modern 4 bedroom home with pool, 4 minutes walk to the beach at Bokarina. Only 1 road to cross in the beachside suburb in the Kawana region, on the Sunshine Coast. Safe and secure home with security screens to all doors and windows. All mod cons including fans in every room, air con available, multiple tv's and wi-fi. Covered outdoor area overlooking the pool. BBQ available. A quiet and very safe, community minded cul-de-sac, with a garage space available in the double garage.
1 very spoilt, 4 year old much loved shih- tzu / maltese/chihuahua cross male dog is part of the stay, or should we say, a 'major' part of the stay. Toby is an active, house trained, obedient, loving and attention- craving dog who loves walks morning and evening, especially on the beach catching one of his several dozen balls...he's even starting to return them!
