About this house sitting position in Marden

My quiet little cat Miela would love someone to look after her while I'm away over the Xmas break. She'll be shy for a few days but will then snuggle with you on the couch or on the bed.

Low maintenance inside & outside cat. Mature aged 12 years, no health issues but enjoys long naps. Rarely uses the inside litter tray and let's herself in and out through the cat flap, though please shut her in at night.

Two storey town house with quiet neighbours. Relaxed outlook onto the trees of Linear Park from the big lounge windows or enjoyed from the hanging chair on the deck. Lots of bird life. Renovated ~5 years ago by previous owners - new bathroom, kitchen and deck. Bike and walking track along the river just a step away. 5min drive to shopping centres and take aways.
Free Wifi but no TV. Aircon in both lounge and bedrooms.

Garden and pot plant watering required. Small veggie garden, where you can help yourself to anything in season.
Street parking on a no through road.
