About this house sitting position in Nelson Bay

We have a spacious 2 bedroom home available in the beautiful heart of Nelson Bay, a very popular tourist destination.
Our home is a 3 story home with garage on ground level, living and kitchen on the second floor and bedrooms and bathroom on the top floor.
Our master bedroom has a king size bed, ensuite and private balcony that overlooks the gorgeous mountains.
The second bedroom will have either a single bed or queens size bed depending on the sitters needs.
The main bathroom has a large spa sized bath, perfect for relaxing with a glass of bubbles after a fun day at the beach.
We are currently in the middle of renovations, resulting in the living floor having bare concrete, and some walls looking a bit average.

Take a leisurely 15 min stroll down to Nelson Bay marina for a delicious ice cream or dinner and watch the dolphins play around the dolphin watch marina, often seen around dusk or drive 5 mins over to Shoal Bay where you can climb the Tomaree Headlands and maybe even see a whale or 2 out at sea.

While staying here you will have 3 sweet companions.
12 year old Max, malteese shitzu, 11 year old
Keith, malteese shitzu and a 5 month old bunny, Pogo.

Unfortunately we do not have room to accommodate a caravan .

Sitter would be required to arrive by 10am to give time for a quick walk through before we leave for our trip.

The fine print: We are in a gorgeous location giving free accommodation to some lucky people so we do have some conditions. A $1000 bond is required 2 weeks prior to arrival. The bond may not be refunded if the sitter does not show, and may not be refunded if there is evidence of damage, theft or any other out of pocket expenses that the sitter may leave us.
