About this house sitting position in Rose Bay

Our house is a comfortable home on Hobart's Eastern Shore with views of the river and kunanyi/Mt Wellington, 5 minutes from the centre of the city. We are travelling for a month on the mainland and need a sitter to look after our 6 year old border collie/heeler rescue dog Frida.
We have a good sized yard with fruit trees and veggie garden, but as this will be during winter little garden maintenance will be required, just a few indoor plants. We have a heat pump and wood heater so will be cosy on cold winter nights.
Frida is very friendly with humans of all ages, but is reactive to other dogs. This just means that sitters will need to follow a routine involving feeding her treats on her daily walk when other dogs are in the vicinity. She sleeps inside and is low maintenance, but does like her routine. She is fine to be left alone in the yard for up to 4 hours during the day. She will be in a boarding kennel for the last 10 days of the assignment so sitters will have the opportunity to do longer day trips around our beautiful state at that time.
Must be non-smokers.
