About this house sitting position in Preston

We are looking for a house sitter from July 17th to August 18th. We live in Preston in a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with large living area, open plan kitchen/dining, sun/reading room, large backyard and off street parking. We are close to PTV and bars/restaurants/cafes/shops on High Street, Northland Shopping Centre and Darebin Creek. Amenities include electric and gas heating, split system air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, streaming services (Netflix, Disney Plus, Stan), Wifi (great home office set up with large desk and monitor), and a fully equipped kitchen.

We have three indoor cats: two sisters (the two black cats in the pictures, Emmy and Lilly) and an ex stray (the tabby cat, Tim Tam) that we adopted last year. They are all pretty shy and timid, but very cuddly once they have warmed up to someone. Lilly and Tim Tam will likely want to sleep on your lap or next to you in bed after a few days, but Emmy will likely remain shy.

Ideally, we are looking for someone with some cat experience and access to a car - just for peace of mind in case of emergency vet visits. The cats are all up to date with vaccinations and need no medications. Read more...
