We live in Brookleigh Estate. (Opp to Sandalford Wines, Swan Valley)
It's 4 X 2 without any carpets but vitrified tiles. Reverse cycle ducted aircon. Unlimited ultra fast wi fi, Netflix, Separate gas heater in home theatre with recliners.
The plants in the pots need watering.
We have a 2.5 year old Labrador "Bailey" who needs a short walk every day.
Shopping centre is only 450 mts away as well as public transport.
Big shopping centres are around 20 minutes drive from house (Midland gate, Morley, Bassendean)
