About this house sitting position in North Beach

Hello Good Home and Pet Sitters, thanks for taking a look at our advert :-) We are seeking either a retired or working from home person (or couple) to kindly look after our dog and home in North Beach, Perth for 10 days. Here's some information about our dog and home:
- we're a couple in our 50's
- 2 yr old small dog (mixed terrier) 8kg named Sandy
- Sandy has medium energy, we currently do a morning short walk or play ball, and an afternoon long walk for 40-60 mins in Star Swamp bushland around the corner.
- super cuddly pooch, will be shy at first (rescue dog) but will be looking for cuddles and couch time once she's comfortable with you. No current health issues or medication required. Almost non-shedding fur.
- Townhouse with 2 bedrooms, 3rd bedroom as study (with desk and internet use), 1.5 bathrooms, upstairs little library, downstairs lounge, kitchen, dining, laundry, WC.
- located 5 min stroll to the coast/beach where there is long coastal path between Trigg and Hillarys Boat Harbour (and several cafes along the way)
- Beautiful Star Swamp heritage nature reserve just around the corner
- Charles Riley Reserve across the road
- Close to small local shops, large Karrinyup Shopping Centre, movies, cafes etc.
- 25 minute drive to Perth CBD in good traffic
- large back courtyard / small garden with BBQ
- smallish front garden
- would love garden watered once or twice per week, depending on rain.
- have some new plants in which we would greatly appreciate if they got a short water every day or two.
- Parking for one vehicle in driveway (there is street parking available too, but cars must be moved approx every 24 hrs to comply with local laws)
- your choice of either main bedroom (with queen bed) or guest room with very comfortable and fresh single bed
- Sandy sleeps in her bed in the upstairs library
- toilet trained with doggy door to back garden
- very secure house and garden, quiet neighbours
- would prefer a sitter who is happy to spend at least part of the day (not just evenings) at home with Sandy, as her humans are really important to her and she is used to having company.
