About this house sitting position in Upper Scamander
Hi, We have a lovely warm, comfortable brick home that is passively heated and usually only needs a fire at night in winter. We will have a heat pump by the time of the housesit. We are 10 mins drive from the beach, and a short drive to St Helens and local attractions like Bay of Fires and Freycinet Peninsula. We have 2 cats and 3 acres (low maintenance) in a beautiful, quiet part of north east Tasmania. We also have a veggie garden and are non-smokers.

“Thanks to Leanne and Rod for sharing their cosy comfortable home with us for a month in June. We enjoyed the quiet natural surroundings, appreciated the heat pump for those cold winter mornings and the wood heater at night. The cats, Seb and Callie, were simple to care for as long as their meals were served regularly-haha! We loved their quirky personalities.
