Hello,we have a comfortable 3 bedroom home on 2 acres overlooking the Tamar River and mountains.
The home is double glazed and centrally heated, so it is very cozy.
There is an easy care garden.

We have two cats, who love nothing better than a cuddle and chin rub.
Our requirements would be gardening, rose pruning in Winter, weeding, mowing and whipper snipping, mainly in the Spring and also general care of the home, plus spoiling Roxy and Rosie.
We live in the wine valley region, so there are great restaurants nearby.
We are 4 minutes drive from a large shopping centre.
